Amnesty International considers that detention is not being carried out according to international standards and serves little purpose if any in the majority of cases. - Eswatini - Produce from the Swazi Kitchen
- For nearly four years the Coach house in Blamore near Glasgow has been importing jams, marmalades and sauces from the Swazi Kitchen: Eswatini. It is a project owned by Manzini Youth care, which works with orphans and street children. The project also provides work for local women and a market for local farmers. In each case the need is great. Swaziland has 80,000 orphans out of a population of less than 1,000,000. 70% of the people live on less than a dollar a day. The produce comes in boxes of six jars, at £12 a box, carriage free in Scotland.
