The Finance Committee is a pendant committee to the Administration Board. It is responsible for distributing grants and loans from the following funds:
- Grants for Ministry Fund
- Maintenance and Development Fund
- Dunderdale Building Fund
- Building Loans Fund
- Free and Open Churches Association Fund

The Committee is also responsible for monitoring Stipend Policy and making recommendations to the Administration Board regarding changes in stipend and stipend policy. Despite its name the Finance Committee has no responsibility for provincial finances nor any involvement in budgetary issues such as the setting of quota.
The Committee is comprised of a Convener, appointed by the Administration Board; the Convener of the Home Mission Committee, appointed by the Mission and Ministry Board; and seven diocesan representatives: please see Membership to list the Committee's current membership.
