- No minimum/maximum. Subject to availability of funds: total Loans fund approximately £280,000. Usually repayable over 5 years (can be extended to 10). Interest currently charged at 5%.
- Application process
- Application must be submitted through (and approved by) Diocesan property/finance committee. Dioceses must underwrite loans. Applications usually considered at quarterly meetings of Finance Committee - in extreme circumstances can be considered more urgently.
