General Synod 2010 got underway with the opening Eucharist Service during which the Most Rev David Chillingworth, Bishop of St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane and Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church delivered his Charge. The Primus’ Charge is available as a PDF document to download.
