The Rt Rev Dr Gregor Duncan, Bishop of Glasgow & Galloway, congratulates Bishop Philip Tartaglia on his appointment as the new Archbishop of Glasgow and says “I look forward to working with him in the ongoing ecumenical life of the Church.”
