The Rural Commission Report was introduced at General Synod by the Rt Rev Mark Strange, Bishop of Moray, Ross & Caithness and presented by the Rev Professor David Atkinson (Diocese of Aberdeen & Orkney). The Report can be downloaded as a PDF document.
