Rural Commission Conference- The third Action of Churches Together in Scotland (ACTS)/Scottish Episcopal Church (SEC) Rural Commission Conference will take place on Saturday 13 March in the Acorn Centre, Inverurie from 10.30am to 4pm. The Rural Futures Report - outcome of the Scottish Churches Rural Group Conference held last December - is now available on the ACTS website.

Being Rural Church in 2025 Conference- The second Scottish Episcopal Church Rural Commission Conference will take place on Saturday 20th February at St Johns, Inverness (10am-4pm). The programme for the event has been driven by the key issues which emerged from the Action of Churches Together in Scotland/Scottish Episcopal Church (SEC) Rural Futures Conference held in December 2009.

Thought for the Day from Rob Warren- The Rev Rob Warren, the Scottish Episcopal priest who works in Penicuik and West Linton was the presenter of Radio Scotland's Thought for the Day on 2 February 2010. The theme of the Thought was compassion:
"We don’t always manage to do the good we intend, but unless we take the best stab at it we can, the feelings we have inside of us may remain merely feelings."
