At its meeting on 17 June 2009, the Committee elected to support the following projects:
Diocese of Tamale, Ghana
Anglican Diocese of Upper Shire, Malawi
Conakry Vehicle grant, Guinea
Visit to Cape Coast, Ghana
Scottish Churches China Group Rebuilding Programme
Crisis aid to Sri Lanka
International Anglican Family Network
In addition, 6 individuals were supported in their plans/projects.
The next meeting of the Committee is scheduled for 19 October 2009. Applicants for grants from the Committee should note that applications MUST be submitted no later than 6 weeks before the meeting - that is, by the end of the first week in September 2009. Late applications will not be considered until the following meeting.
Applicants should also note that where a grant is made for more than one year, a report on the progress of the project/individual will be required at the end of the year, before the next installment is paid.
