The Rev. Dr Joshva Raja, currently teaching at Selly Oak Centre for Mission Studies, Queens College, Birmingham, has been invited to deliver the St Thomas Unity Lecture for 2009. It will be held in the Martin Hall of Edinburgh New College at 4pm on Monday 19 October 2009. The theme of his lecture is: “Missionary Challenges from Contemporary India”. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
Dr Raja was an honorary priest at Davidsons Mains, Edinburgh, for 3 years whilst carrying out research at New College. He is an ordained minister of the Church of South India, and has also been on the staff of UTC, Bangalore.
