The Most Rev David Chillingworth, Bishop of St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane and Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church says “I warmly welcome the election of Rev Dr Derek Browning as the Moderator-Designate of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland.
