The St Thomas of India Unity Lecture will be held at 4pm on 10 October 2017 in the Martin Hall of Edinburgh University. Professor Daniel Jeyaraj, Professor of World Christianity and Director of the Andrew Walls Centre for the Study of African and Asian Christianity, Liverpool Hope University will speak on the theme ‘Christian Presence and Witness in Contemporary India: Challenges and Opportunities.’
Prof Jeyaraj spent the early part of 2017 travelling in India and so this lecture will be an updated version of the one he gave to the Friends of the Church in India last year in London.
