The Rt Rev Dr Robert Gillies will retire as Bishop of Aberdeen and Orkney on 31 October 2016.
The Rev Alan Wylie retired from Holy Trinity, Motherwell and St Andrew’s, Wishaw on 30 September 2016.
The Rev David Elder died on 16 August 2016. A non-stipendiary priest within the Diocese of Brechin, he was Assistant Priest at St Salvador’s, Dundee for 14 years, and Priest in Charge of St Martin’s, Dundee for 15 years. He was aged 88. May he rest in peace, and rise in glory.
