Season of Creation
O God make speed to save us;
O Lord make haste to help us.
Glory to God, Source of all Being, Eternal Word, and Holy Spirit;*
as it was in the beginning, is now, and shall be for ever.

Antiphon: Christ is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation All things have been created through Christ and for Christ.

Opening (from Psalm 19.1-4)
and the firmament proclaims his handiwork.
2. Day to day pours forth speech,
and night to night declares knowledge.
3. There is no speech, nor are there words;
their voice is not heard;
4. Yet their voice goes out through all the earth,
and their words to the end of the world.

and your righteousness to the king’s son;

may its fruit flourish like Lebanon, and its grain like grass upon the earth
17. May his name remain for ever and be established as long as the sun endures; *
may all the nations bless themselves in him and call him blessed.
18. Blessed are you, Lord God, the God of Israel, *
for you alone do wondrous deeds!

Lord, have mercy upon us.

Give us today our daily bread.

as we forgive those who sin against us.

Collect of the Day
O God,
in whose wisdom all things have been established in order:
