Having welcomed residents for over three years the local churches believe that now is the time for a dedicated Christian worker to be appointed to develop & co-ordinate the church’s role in the growing new settlement of Blindwells in East Lothian. The goal of this work is the establishment of a new Christian community serving at the heart of the wider community.
This full-time position, although sponsored by the Church of Scotland, is open to applicants from all Christian denominations.
The Church of Scotland is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. The successful applicant will be required to undertake enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding training.
