The recent launch of the Toolkit, Checklist and Energy Footprint Analyser by the Provincial Environment Group marked the Scottish Episcopal Church’s commitment to working towards Net Zero carbon emissions by 2030.
The launch included the request that an initial analysis of the ‘energy foot-print’ of our churches for 2021 be carried out. The analysis findings should then be submitted to the Province by 25 May.
The Energy Footprint Analyser enables churches to calculate the carbon emissions associated with the energy usage in their buildings as well as create a baseline from which future emissions can be tracked. It can be downloaded here as an interactive PDF file, to be completed.
Please note: you must download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the EFA. The EFA will only work inside the official Acrobat Reader DC application.
