Updated guidance (2024) is provided on the application of data protection legislation to congregational activity (including General Data Protection Regulation). This comprises a GDPR Guide for Scottish Episcopal Church Congregations which includes a Congregational Data Audit, Template Consent Form & Template Consent Withdrawal Form, and a Communicants Roll Declaration Form.

Also provided is a Privacy Notice template for use as explained in the introductory drafting notes, along with guidance on Cookies, and a GDPR Privacy Notice & Retention Policy for Employees, Workers and Contractors, with Appendix.
