Episcopal Vacancy - Argyll and The Isles

Nominations for prospective candidates for the vacant office of Bishop of Argyll and The Isles in the Scottish Episcopal Church are sought by the Preparatory Committee of the Diocesan Electoral Synod.

Nominations must have the consent of the Nominee, who must be an ordained Priest of the Anglican Communion.  Nominations previously submitted need not be re-submitted.

A Description of the Diocese, the nomination form and information about the electoral process can be downloaded from the Argyll and the Isles Diocesan website or obtained from: St Moluag’s Diocesan Centre, Croft Avenue, Oban, PA34 5JJ, Tel: 01631 570870, Fax: 01631 570411, Email: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

On completion, nomination forms should be sent to: The Primus, Scottish Episcopal Church, Diocesan Office, 28a Balhousie Street, Perth, PH1 5HJ. TO ARRIVE NOT LATER THAN 12 March 2010.

Election will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
