CLAS provides regular updates on legislative changes and their impact for churches. If you wish to receive copies of its circulars please contact CLAS direct (info@clas.org.uk). CLAS also produces a range of useful publications which can be found on the CLAS website
Water Charges Exemption Scheme
Smaller churches might be exempt from water, drainage and waste water charges – further details from the Scottish Water website
Health and Safety
The Health and Safety Toolkit contains information to help you ensure that your church and associated buildings offer a safe environment.
